Formed in the year 1989, our commercial structure prepared the establishment of IPEKLI RULMAN SANAYI in the year 1997 parallel to the growth of Turkish bearing industry; then the said commercial structure let us create IRS, our own bearing brand, which is also a registered trademark, as a result of our works on institutionalization.

Our company has been the sole agent for the bearings under KDYD and ZJFD brands within the regions of Turkey, Turkic Republics and Middle East in the year 2005.

The company KDYD, which is represented by us, produces miniature and 6000 series bearings in its facilities comprised of a factory area of 50.000 sqm where 3.200 employees work. Also, the raw materials required are supplied through a steel tube factory installed within this area. Our production range has been accredited by Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) in respect of quality, and the said product range also gets stronger by being ISO certified. The production is carried out as per ABEC-3 standards. The main principle is to conduct production in conformity with superior quality and to keep ourselves in the foreground.

Through its own brand called IRS, IPEKLI RULMAN SANAYI will add 6000 series stainless-steel bearings, convex groove bearings, 3200-3300 double-row pitched bearings, 30000 series metric cylinder-roller bearings, 51000 series rotary and ball bearings, pressure bearings, hub (with metal part where an axis can join) and well hub (double-row) automotive bearings into its product range and offer them for its esteemed customers from the early 2007.

Having a voice on export activities within European marketplace, IRS (our own brand), has constituted its headquarters comprised of 750 sqm located in Istanbul as well as its modern understanding of logistics through free trade zone bonding / warehouse structure to serve its esteemed customers in the best manner.
